This project aimed to address business challenges within the supply chain ecosystem through digital modernization. It was undertaken for a leading technology company as a large-scale initiative.

The vision of this project was twofold

Short-Term Goal: Improve workflows to enable faster decision-making processes.

Long-Term Goal: Automate various operational tasks to enhance efficiency. Leverage data science and AI to achieve reliable and accurate outcomes.

Created playbooks to help new team members quickly learn the subject matter and onboard effectively.
Documented the anatomy of dashboards and developed decision-making frameworks to guide consistent, user-focused design choices.
Developed a research analysis framework based on atomic research principles, making it clear to clients where design decisions were rooted.
